We shall welcome your guests, show them around your property, make them familiar with the details that you have given to us and also give them some great local tips. If your guest runs late over 90 minutes we shall call you for further instructions. We will have to charge an additional fee of 10 € + VAT per hour of waiting time.
On the day of departure we will check the property in detail. We take photos before and after the cleaning. If any damage occurred or any amenities malfunctions have been registered, you will be promptly notified in order to provide instructions for their repair or replacement.
Cleaning and housekeeping includes changing and washing of bed linen, towels and kitchen towels and putting two rolls of toilet paper in each toilet (see page Housekeeping). In case that you provide special offers or other benefits for your guests such as fruit basket, bottle of wine, bottled water, coffee, tea, spices, shampoos, soaps, etc., please specify it in advance so that we can create a special offer for you for additional service. Your bed linen and towels will be washed, pressed and returned to your premises within 48 hours or by the next guest's arrival.
